Subject: [Incident ID: ???] [ATTENTION] Regarding your hosting account nitsche.mobi

Information regarding your account

Dear Wolfgang Nitsche,

Your nitsche.mobi hosting account caused a significant overload of shared resources (Processes) for the server on which it resides. This overload threatened the health of the server and, in turn, threatened the connectivity of other websites housed on it.

We understand that this situation may not have been intentional. However, due to its negative impact on the shared hosting environment and it's availability to other customers, it became necessary for our hosting administrators to disable the /2014/stanford/cgi-bin/numbers.pl file on your hosting space.

As we are unable to troubleshoot custom scripting, we are therefore unable to provide a specific solution to you. Please keep in mind that, as the owner of this hosting account, it is incumbent upon you to determine what is wrong and how to best resolve this situation.

If you are unable to optimize the coding/configuration of your hosted applications so that they remain compatible with the shared hosting environment, you will need to move to a more suitable platform, such as a Dedicated Server plan. More information on our available plans can be found on our website. Please let us know if we may be of any further assistance to you in that regard.

*** IMPORTANT ***

Please review and resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Should this issue persist and/or any associated negative impact escalate in severity, it may become necessary to suspend your service without further prior notification. Please be aware that an account suspension would disable all websites on your hosting space.
